Project Experience

The following projects represent selected construction experience completed under prior firms and in collaboration with development teams throughout the Bay Area. This experience informs the work Ashton Pacific Builders now brings to commercial office tenant improvement projects in San Francisco’s Marina District and surrounding neighborhoods.


Potozkin + Ellis Dermatology

Medical Office Expansion

  • Scope: Interior tenant improvement to expand an existing medical office into an adjacent leased suite

  • Project Type: Commercial renovation within an occupied building

  • Work Performed: Interior demolition and build-out of approximately 2,500 SF to connect two suites

  • Key Elements: Reception areas, patient numbing rooms, and medical examination rooms

  • Responsibilities: Coordination of trades, sequencing of work, and delivery of a functional clinical layout

  • Outcome: Successfully integrated the new suite into the existing practice with minimal disruption


Lone Tree

Office Remodel

  • Scope: Interior tenant improvement involving selective demolition of existing office finishes and construction of new office improvements per plans and specifications.

    Project Type: Commercial Office Tenant Improvement

    Work Performed: Interior demolition and build-out to reconfigure an existing office suite, including construction of two new private offices and a new break room area.

    Key Elements: Private Offices, Executive Offices, Conference Room, Break Room, Restroom Core Refinishing, Updated Interior Finishes

    Responsibilities: Start-to-finish project delivery including trade coordination, scheduling and sequencing of work, and implementation of new office improvements in accordance with approved plans.

    Outcome: Successful delivery of a clean, functional office environment aligned with the tenant’s operational needs and project requirements.


Wicks

Office & Warehouse Flex TI

  • Scope: Interior tenant improvement involving selective demolition of existing office areas to accommodate a revised office and warehouse layout, with portions of the existing space to remain.

    Project Type: Commercial Tenant Improvement – Office / Warehouse Flex Space

    Work Performed: Interior demolition and build-out to reconfigure an existing office suite and expand warehouse area, including modifications to lighting, mechanical systems, and interior finishes.

    Key Elements: Office Areas, Warehouse Space, Upgraded ADA Restrooms, Interior Circulation Areas, New Lighting Systems

    Responsibilities: Start-to-finish project delivery including coordination of trades, sequencing of demolition and construction activities, and integration of new improvements with existing building systems.

    Outcome: Successful delivery of a functional office and warehouse flex space, meeting operational requirements and ADA standards while maximizing usable square footage.


Quiring

Office Space Build Out

  • Scope: Interior tenant improvement to demolish previous tenant finishes and install new office tenant finishes per plans and specifications

  • Project Type: Commercial office tenant improvement

  • Work Performed: Interior demolition and build-out of approximately 2,750 SF to deliver desired office space remodel

  • Key Elements: Conference Room, Open Office Space (Cubicle Area), Executive Offices, Kitchen/Break Room, IT Closet

  • Responsibilities: Start to finish project delivery including coordination of trades, sequencing of work, and delivery of the new improvements per plan

  • Outcome: Seamless delivery of the new office tenant improvements per plan.


Sunbelt Rentals

Interior & Exterior Flex Space Office + Industrial TI

  • Scope: Interior tenant improvement of an existing office building and exterior equipment yard.

  • Project Type: Commercial office tenant improvement

  • Work Performed: Interior demolition and build-out of approximately 14,500 SF to deliver flex-use office/industrial office remodel

  • Key Elements: Front Office Cubicle Space, Executive Offices, Kitchen/Break Room, Conference/Presentation Room, Warehouse Area, Exterior Equipment Lot & Frontage Improvements

  • Responsibilities: Start to finish project delivery including coordination of trades, sequencing of work, and delivery of the new improvements per plan

  • Outcome: Delivery of Sunbelt Rentals new flex-use office space.
