Ashton Pacific Builders was founded by Lloyd Ashton, a California-licensed General Contractor with years of experience managing and delivering complex commercial projects across the Bay Area.

We’re driven by one simple principle — do the job right. From initial planning to final walkthrough, our focus is on craftsmanship, communication, schedule, and lasting value. Whether it’s a tenant improvement, a home remodel, or a new custom build, every project reflects our commitment to quality and integrity.

Before founding Ashton Pacific Builders, Lloyd spent years managing high-profile projects for some of the Bay Area’s most respected general contractors.

Lloyd earned his degree from University of California Berkeley.
